Guest: Yes.

Trainer: What was the name under?

Guest Ansie.

Trainer: Perfect. Awesome. I have you guys right here. If you guys don’t mind following me, I’ll show you to your table.

Guest: Thank you.

Trainer: Just over here. There we are.

Guest: Thank you very much.

Trainer: So when I’m serving, I always like to make sure that I’m making eye contact with my customers, double-checking our name for our reservations, and always greeting with a smile as soon as they walk in the door.
