Table Service After Guest Departure

Trainer: When clearing tables, I like to take all the utensils in one hand so that they don’t fall off the plates and fall onto the floor. Then I like to stack my plates together, stack my saucers together with my mugs. And then I’ll put one in each hand, and I’ll carry these to the kitchen. You can stack cups on top of each other, but I recommend only doing two at a time so that they don’t fall. And I’ll bring it over to here, stack my dishes accordingly, and I’ll put the utensils away.
